Restaurant Reservation

𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗣𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗰𝘆:

* We require a credit or debit card authorization to confirm all reservations.

* This is not a deposit collection. This is a charge card guarantee where your card details is needed to complete your reservations with us.

* Don't worry, your card will not be charged if you attend your reservations as per normal. However, we require at least 24 hours / (1) day notice if you intend to cancel the reservation. Cancelling less than 24 hours / (1) day from the reservation time slot, or not showing up at all, will incur a cancellation fee of RM 50 per person charged to the card submitted.

* We thank you for your understanding and acceptance of these terms by supplying your card details at the time of booking.

* Bar area seats is on a first-come first-serve basis, no reservations is required and walk-ins is most welcome to the bar area seats.

For the comfort of all restaurant guests, durian flavored cakes are NOT allowed in our restaurant (storage is subject to space availability). Thank you for your cooperation.

Dress Code:

No slippers, no sleeveless and no torn jeans/torn clothing.

*If you do have any special requests, do indicate those in the Notes section at the time of making your reservation (tables arrangement is subjected to tables availability and total group size).

Cancellation Policy

* We require a minimum notice period of 24 𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀/ (1) day to cancel a reservation. Cancelling less than 24 hours / (1) day from the reservation time slot, or not showing up at all, will incur a cancellation fee of RM50 per person charged to the credit card submitted. Should a cancellation request be submitted to us with sufficient notice given, we can transfer the booking to an alternate date or cancel the reservation without penalty.

* The cancellation fee reflects the cost incurred by Goldbar KL in terms of staffing, cost of ingredients, and any loss of revenue as a result of turning away potential reservations or bookings.

* Lamboplace Sdn Bhd (owner and operator Of Goldbar KL) reserves the right to charge this cancellation fee. Any waiver of the cancellation fee will be at the sole discretion of the Management.

* There may be circumstances when a deposit is required where the number of pax per reservation exceeds 8 𝗴𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁𝘀 or special dates reservations. We will inform you of the deposit amount required upon receipt of your reservation.

* We reserve the right not to refund the deposit paid for any reservation that is cancelled less than 24 hours from the reservation time slot. This will be treated as a cancellation fee.

* Deposits paid are non-refundable for reservations that fail to turn up after the 15 mins wait time without prior notice.
