non-refundable deposit policy applies:
Reservations Requiring a Deposit
- A non-refundable deposit of RM200.00 is required to secure:
- Group bookings of >15pax
- Special events or set menu
- This deposit will be refunded to you within 3 days from the day of your reservation.
Cancellation & Changes- Deposits are non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
- If you need to cancel or reduce your party size, we kindly ask for at least 48 Hours notice.
- While the deposit remains non-refundable, giving notice allows us to plan accordingly and may help in reallocating your table.
